Carson Business Solutions
I'm currently taking Entrepreneurship 492, also known as Small Business Strategy Planning, a course that is completely designed to immerse students into a fast paced learning environment. I am part of a team working with a Surety Bond Brokerage, Performance Bonding, to create a new E-commerce channel to improve operations and business efficiency. Performance Bonding is looking to our student team to help determine the best approach for incorporating a new online platform into the business. Our team has created 4 possible options for Performance Bonding to consider. Each option includes a comprehensive feasibility study supported by qualitative and financial data analysis. We've created a marketing plan along with implementation strategies that support the overall project. We've presented our findings to the CEO of Performance Bonding, our business coach, professor, and Slalom Consulting. College Hill Custom Threads
There was a major need for custom collegiate apparel in Pullman and a young inspired Coug alumni, Tony Poston, founded College Hill along with a couple of his fraternity brothers. College Hill targets college students, specifically Greek chapters through college marketing interns that create and promote content and the brand. I'm responsible for curating and creating content through various online channels, in person events to generate revenue for the company. I've been with College Hill for three years and have initiated more than 12 new projects. In addition, I created new social media strategies for Instagram that increased followers 100% in less than a month. This opportunity has allowed me to grow and express my creative freedom while learning the ins-n-outs of the business. I've included a couple of my most popular Instagram takeover posts below.
